My varied experience has spanned almost 50 years in Business, I have had the pleasure of acquiring, financing and developing over $125 million in Real Estate and industrial developments, from raw land, single family, industrial, multiple family residential (1 to 4 units), and multiple family commercial residential (5 or more units), retail commercial, commercial office both sale and leasing, 120 slip marina for leasing/sales and development of approximately 331 residential condos, as well as over 375,000 square of commercial/industrial space. In addition the research, acquisition, installation and operation of comprehensive industrial production facilities that produce specifically Mirrors, Laminated (safety), Insulated and tempered glass for multiple architectural applications.

My wide experience includes owning and operating Retail Electronic stores. My experience includes owning and operating two Hotels with large pubs and food and beverage venues.

Through my experiences I have identify the goals and opportunities of the business. I assemble a staff focused on the goals of the operations. I am not a rigid mentor, but all personnel involved in reaching the goals of the company must work in the same direction. Therefore an important trait to achieve in the work place is enjoying the work and getting satisfaction from the everyday business.

  • Selco – India a company based in Bangalore, India. The company has been specializing in working with Public and Private partnerships to bring green energy to the a large portion of the Indian Population. India has a sector of its people (over 450 million)  that have no electricity or/and running water with no future plans to connect those citizens to the power grid.
