• Newport Waterfront Development – This Development consisted of Seventy Eight (78) Condominium apartments, 13,000 square foot commercial pier building, 120 berth Marina and 193 stall underground parking garage in Nanaimo BC, Canada – see photo –Newport

• The National Atrium was sponsored by National Glass Ltd. to facilitate the meetings and functions during the leaders deliberations Asia Pacific Conference 1997. • Selco – India a company based in Bangalore, India. The company has been specializing in working with Public and Private partnerships to bring green energy to the a large portion of the Indian Population. India has a sector of its people (over 450 million)  that have no electricity or/and running water with no future plans to connect those citizens to the power grid.
